SHIPPING POLICY

We have set a worldwide shipping policy and offer free shipping for all international orders above CHF 250. For all the orders under this threshold, flat fees have been set and are visible as soon as you fill in the country destination of the order. Free shipping is offered for all swiss orders, even under the CHF 250 treshold.

In the case of returns, the shipping return cost is at the customer's expense.

Duties and taxes are at the charge of customers. They depend on the country of destination and the amount is payable directly to the courier at the reception of your shipment. For all Swiss orders, the price displayed on product pages and at the checkout already includes all taxes.

If you don't go get your package at a logistic center in time after the courrier unsuccessfully tried to deliver it to your door, refuse to pay your country taxes, or if you don't accept the parcel, your order will be returned to us. In the case in point, we will deduct a fee of CHF 50.00. to cover part of our courier costs.

Here is an estimate of the timeframe for your order to be at your door:

Standard shipping to Europe: 5 to 11 working days 

Express shipping to Europe: 2 to 8 working days 

Standard shipping to the rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days 

Express shipping to the rest of the world: 4 to 10 working days
