We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are at your costs.
In order for us to accept a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following elements:
- order number
- items returned
- reason of the return
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We don't accept either returns on sale items or gift cards.
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have, and once the return is accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
